Pascal Thien-Ah-Koon is an attorney-at-law admitted in Paris (France) and at the Taipei Bar Association (Taiwan) as a Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney. He is also entitled by the Law Society of British Columbia (Canada) to practice as a foreign legal consultant in Canada. He has an LLM from the Sorbonne University in Paris (France), and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, California, USA, with a specialty in high technologies. He is trilingual English-French-Chinese. He has a very strong background in cosmetics and related fields, as well as corporate taxation and intellectual property. He has also developed strong expertise in Internet litigation, including domain name disputes (DNDR, UDRP).
Matthew Liu is an attorney-at-law admitted in Taipei (Taiwan) and in various bar associations of Taiwan. He has been working on various cases serving foreign groups. He is perfectly bilingual Chinese-English. He graduated from National Taiwan University, and owns an LLM. He has a strong background in intellectual property, notably in litigation, as well as in foreign investment and corporate law.
Emily Lai is an attorney-at-law admitted in Taipei (Taiwan). She has an LLM from National Tsing Hua University and studied International Business Law in Instituto de Empresa (“IE”) university (Madrid, Spain). She has excellent command of Chinese and English, she is an enthusiastic Spanish speaker as well. She has diversified working experiences in law firms, enterprises and with the authorities; thus she is familiar with labor issues, corporate and commercial practices.
Claudine has been working in Taiwan for major French groups for more than 20 years. She is fully trilingual Chinese-French-English, and is involved in a lot of translation work for clients.
